Project Description: 

This two storey dwelling located on the outskirts of Egmont Development  would have an amazing view looking on to Calivigny Island. This design is intended to result a modern looking home with typical  traditional features such as a pitch roof design. This project was in the process of construction tendering at the on set of the COVID pandemic. Due to this circumstance and the client's decision to opt for a structural steel superstructure, before the pandemic and the increase of steel price, the budgetary feasibility of the project would be required to be revisited at a later date. The architecture of this dwelling is not elaborate, however the spaces created would be quite comfortable and aerated due to the pitch roof and indeed meet all the necessary comforts on a modest sized dwelling and truly lacking on nothing from the client's perspective.
