Project Description: 

This project constitutes a single bedroom unit with loft over a driveway of an existing student rental compound. This project overlooks the Grand Anse Mall and has scenic views to the ocean. The design within was incorporated within a confined space pre-approval as the addition slightly exceeded the allowable building lot coverage. This project was economically built with maximum returns on investment. The Client requested this design for ease of interpretation and execution. This unit was intended for a University professor and is a bit upgraded in the interior fit outs from what is typical for student rental. This project is special as it marks the very first project executed by Lachaba Carr Joseph as Architect Lead although having extensive experience in building project preceding this project.
