Project Description: 

This (4) bedroom residence is a primarily a of a single storey with the rear of the comprising of a guest flat with an upper bedroom level. The design of this dwelling was done to conform with the home owner’s development regulations within the development which conditionally restricts two storey dwelling. The design aesthetic is generally contemporary with a complimentary traditional Bermuda profiled roof above the garage.
