Project Description: 

This Combat Center was intended to be an exclusive tropical get away for professional martial artist. This would have not only included a state of the art training center but additionally 26 luxury rooms to accommodate two teams at a given moment. The site counts with a sea view, beach access and is adjacent to the airport runway. Unfortunately this project could not be proceeded with or rectified due to potential breach of airport regulations.
