Project Description: This is a (4) bedroom minimalistic contemporary shore front home to be built in Lance Aux Epines. This spaces and building aesthetic are very simple and modest yet spacious and aerated. The design accommodates for traditional fenestration with louvered bathrooms and interior shuttering system. Along with the incorporation of skylights this home is very illuminated and is to be finished on the interior with light pastel colors. The land is relatively flat with a slight gradient towards a rocky shore line. This property counts with incredible sea side vistas and makes full use of this with an infinity edge pool and uncovered roof top space with internal stair access.
