Project Description: 

This project at Egmont Lot 209 is a modern traditional home juxtaposed to our contemporary designed home at Egmont Lot 208. This project highlights the fact that each Client is looking for something different and special to their interest. Unlike the project at Lot 208 with several steps this project contained all necessary functions on the upper level on a sloping site to manage and respect some degree of physical disability of the Client. As a guiding principle, architecture is only as good as the utility in brings to occupant. For this project the utility  and cultural significance of the design superseded the Architect’s aesthetical values.
