Project Description: 

This dwelling has been conceived with the collaboration with the client who is a successful foreign Electrical Engineer. Having looked at the topography, views and spatial requirement the client took the first leg of the design, even going so far as to obtain development approval and do his own digital 3D model. Once Dynamic Latitude was approached for the planning and further approvals for this project, it was accepted on the basis that the facades, volumes and general architectural appearance of the project would be redesigned to a more contemporary vernacular, while for the most part keeping the client's preferred layout. It must be stated that from a planning and collaborative approach this project was a success, Dynamic Latitude recognized the client's specific expertise in design of building services and the client recognized the specific architectural and planning knowledge that was imparted to make improvements to the initial concept.
