Project Description: 

This is a (3) storey multi-unit (8) bedroom dwelling on a steep and narrow site. It comprises of a (3) bedroom upper level for the Client and (3) rental units on the floors below. This site is particularly challenging to achieve vehicular a to the lower part of the lot compounded with unregulated land erosion form an existing water path. Nevertheless this project promise to be unique to the area, with a fully minimalist contemporary appearance.
