Project Description: 

This project constitutes an elevated single bedroom dwelling with oven loft overlooking Spice Isle Mall and Grand Anse beach. The challenges with this project was to fit this building within a narrow driveway path behind an existing student rental building. The primary challenge was to secure approval for a separate dwelling without land subdivision and in consideration of the lot coverage. Aside from the regulatory challenges, this project was fairly straight forward in terms of design and planning and was able to take advantage of the view and maintain vehicular access within the building compound.
