Project Description:

The two bedroom home perched on top of a hill with steep access road overlooks Worburn Bay. It was critical to maintain panoramic views and the circular shaped living space facilitated this requirement. This home not only contains curves from a functional perspective but indeed aims to satisfy an artistic requirement of the owner, who is himself and Art Director. Therefore a great deal of the design impetus stems from the owner’s artistic premise and articulated by Dynamic Latitude. This home is truly a merge of Art Deco and contemporary architecture.
