Project Description:

This residence is located in Petite Calivigny on the outskirt of the Egmont Development. Dynamic latitude was involved in this project throughout the land acquisition and design and planning. Approvals were received for the construction to two small villas on a 10,000 Sq. Ft. Subdivided lot # C2 seen in photo below. Sue to several hiccups during the construction and some design alterations were made to accommodate budget and owners preferences. Ultimately this property would contain on dwelling with outdoor space and construction is about completed.
